Information we collect
When you send a refill request, transfer request, order request or contact message, we collect the details you provide: your name, contact information, prescription references and any notes you write. We also receive basic technical information such as your browser type when you browse this website.
How we use your information
Your information is used to fill and verify prescriptions, coordinate with your prescriber, process order requests, answer your questions and meet our legal obligations as a licensed Florida pharmacy. We do not sell your personal information.
Protected health information
Please do not send detailed medical information through website forms. Once you are a patient of the pharmacy, your prescription records are handled under HIPAA and our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at the counter on request.
Sharing with third parties
We share information only with the parties needed to serve you: your prescriber, your insurance plan, our secure software vendors and delivery partners. All of them are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your choices
You may ask to review, correct or delete the contact information we hold, and you may opt out of refill reminders at any time. To make a request, call the pharmacy or email us — we respond within 30 days.
Do not sell or share my personal information
We do not sell personal information. If you would like a written confirmation for your records, contact us and we will provide one.
